The custard apple pie, which achieved monthly sales of 250,000 units in Hokkaido, has arrived in Taiwan just in time for the Christmas season. This marks the first overseas store of RAPL Pōngpài Lìngguǒ and is also the third dessert brand launched by BAKE.Inc after BAKE cheese tarts and ZAKUZAKU stick puffs.

RAPL Pōngpài Lìngguǒ has opened five branches in Japan within a year of its launch (in Ikebukuro and Kawasaki in Tokyo, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Okayama), each becoming a wildly popular dessert spot with long queues.

The three standout features of RAPL Pōngpài Lìngguǒ are its 144-layer flaky crust, carefully selected Aomori apples with leaves still on, Japanese-grown apple chunks, and fresh custard filling.

The pie crust is made from carefully selected ingredients produced at a directly operated factory in Hokkaido, Japan, then shipped to Taiwan. The custard filling is freshly made in-store using premium fresh milk sourced through contracts with local Taiwanese farmers, delivering a delightful surprise in both texture and taste from the crust to the filling.

Each RAPL Pōngpài Lìngguǒ pie is priced at NT$119, and a box of four (boxed) is NT$449, with a limit of four pies per person.
