Inheriting authentic techniques from ancient Europe and incorporating artisans’ innovative craftsmanship, Share Le Pain Micro-Fermented Baking is a new brand launched under HeyTea, featuring pure ingredients sourced from nature and meticulously cultivated over nine days of bread starter, offering low oil, low sugar, and low calories to present the unique flavor of natural fermentation. During the trial operation period, customers can receive vouchers for the signature soft European bread.

Unlike common commercial yeasts, Share le Pain uses a natural grape starter technique, incorporating “premium high-sweetness sun-dried organic white raisins,” and has created a “constant-temperature pollution-free starter room.” Staff carefully monitor the starter cultivation process, which takes eight days in the starter room, resulting in the first-of-its-kind uniquely sweet and flavorful “noble rot yeast.”

Noble rot wine is the king of sweet wines and is highly prized due to its limited production.

Using “noble rot yeast” for dough fermentation, combined with optimal baking techniques, enhances the bread’s softness while retaining the crispy texture and natural wheat aroma of European bread, all with low oil, low sugar, and low calories.

The “bursting milk tea” soft European bread is baked daily at 1 PM and 4 PM, with a complex production process and limited availability.

Low oil, low sugar, low calories, presenting the unique flavor of natural fermentation.

Soft European bread combines the healthiness of European bread with the texture and richness of Japanese bread, using naturally homemade yeast for dough fermentation and combining different baking techniques to enhance the bread’s softness.
