Located in Gukeng, Yunlin, Nice Rosa Rose Manor is an independent brand park under the Nais Group, covering an area of 6,800 pyeong (approximately 22,300 square meters). The park is home to thousands of pots of roses, featuring nearly 800 varieties from around the world, many of which are rare breeds. There are numerous European-style landscapes throughout the park, giving visitors the illusion of being in a European manor.

The roses planted in the park are tree roses. With proper care, a single tree rose can live for about 100 years, and the market price for one typically starts at around NT$10,000.
