On Monday the 26th, affected by the northeast monsoon, the northern and northeastern regions will be cooler, while other areas will also be cool in the morning and evening. There will be scattered showers in the northern, eastern, and central-southern mountainous areas, while other regions including Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu will see mostly cloudy to sunny weather. Northern Taiwan temperatures will range between 15–18°C, central areas between 17–22°C, and southern areas between 19–24°C.

On Tuesday the 27th, temperatures will rise slightly with more stable conditions. February 28 is a national holiday; there’s a chance of rain north of Chiayi in western Taiwan. Except for Matsu in Lienchiang County, where temperatures will be below 15°C, other areas will see temperatures above 16°C. Be mindful of warmth as day-night temperature differences are small, with daytime highs reaching over 20°C, and southern areas possibly peaking at 26–28°C.
