At the summit of Meishan in Wufeng Township, you’ll find boundless views, endless grasslands, vast seas of clouds, brilliant starry skies, stretching night scenes, and thousands of fireflies right beside you. You can even stay in Mongolian-style yurt tents with a frontier vibe—truly atmospheric.

At an altitude of exactly 1,200 meters, Yingtou’s Tiankuo Campsite is surrounded by mountains and faces the sea, with Wuzhi Mountain right ahead and the endless Taoyuan-Zhubei-Miaoli coastline just behind it. Each season offers different scenery, including the greenery of spring, fireflies in summer, and snowscapes in winter.

2. Hsinchu – Lü Yunhai Camping Area
Surrounded by attractions such as Neiwan Suspension Bridge and Beipu Old Street, the higher elevation of Lü Yunhai Camping Area ensures fresh air and lush greenery all around, allowing travelers to bask in the phytoncide-filled atmosphere and enjoy nature’s tender care. In the early morning, you can see thin mist lingering in the air; during the day, the mountains look like a sea of green flowers; and at night, the dreamy million-dollar night view and star-studded sky are unforgettable.

3. Miaoli – Ban Yue Wan Camping Area
Nestled among mountains at an altitude of 680 meters, Ban Yue Wan is about a 15-minute drive from Sanyi City. Covering 0.8 hectares, the site features a stargazing platform and walking trails, with a sea of clouds spread out before you, and at night, you can admire the Milky Way and starry skies. Additionally, the site has hobbit-like cabins that are quite eye-catching.
