The popular lobster roll brand LUKE’S LOBSTER from Manhattan, New York, has become one of the must-visit restaurants for Taiwanese travelers in Japan since opening its first branch there in 2015. Now, you don’t have to fly all the way to the U.S. or Japan — LUKE’S LOBSTER officially launched in Taiwan at the end of March, with its first store opening at Breeze Center. In addition to the classic lobster roll, it also offers two other flavors: shrimp roll and crab roll.

Founded in Manhattan, New York, LUKE’S LOBSTER has 30 branches across the U.S., specializing in lobster rolls. It entered Tokyo in 2015 and now has five locations, making it a must-try delicacy for both local and international tourists.

The interior design of the first Taiwan store follows the style of the original New York City location. The flagship products are three types of seafood sandwiches: the signature lobster roll, the sweet and juicy crab roll, and the springy-textured shrimp roll. The lobster meat in the lobster roll comes exclusively from the sweet claw and knuckle parts, enhanced with lemon cream and herbal seasonings to bring out the natural sweetness of the lobster.
