Tiehua Village is one of the representative attractions in Taitung. It transformed an 80-year-old train station into a multicultural space for art, tourism, and leisure, attracting many visitors. Recently, Tiehua Village has created a new highlight with its container houses — a wavy-roofed structure built from 50 containers forming a three-story building, housing indigenous cultural and creative shops, handmade workshops, cafes, light meals, and bars.

This eye-catching container house village is TTstyle Originals, home to many shops that carry on traditional crafts, blending cultural creativity with food and tourism culture, showcasing a new style of Taitung and Tiehua Village.

In addition to the uniquely designed wavy roof, the interior features containers of various colors stacked together, and the container rooftops are adorned with greenery, integrating cultural creativity with natural elements.

The first floor mostly houses handmade cultural and creative shops, the second floor has cafes and flower shops, and the third floor features a bar. Each shop has its own unique character — great for both browsing and taking photos.

In addition, you can visit the railway area to admire historic buildings, then explore the cultural and creative shops in Tiehua Village in the evening, and enjoy live music performances at the open-air bar.
