The 32nd Summer Olympic Games will be held in Tokyo, Japan, in July 2020. In preparation, Japan Airlines plans to invest 10 billion yen to enhance airport-related services.

The updated system will allow passengers to access various flight information via smartphones, and has also improved the flow between Haneda and Narita airports, delivering a more convenient travel experience.
Passengers flying from Narita and Haneda airports will enjoy greater convenience as a result.
Additionally, JAL plans to offer free domestic flights to international visitors during the Olympics. The goal is to increase the number of transfer passengers at hub airports such as Haneda and Narita to 2 million in 2020. Details regarding eligibility, routes, and duration for the free service are still under consideration.
In celebration of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, JAL’s cabin crew uniforms will also be updated.
In 2020, JAL will debut new flight attendant uniforms for the first time since 2013. The airline has also launched a public call for uniform design proposals, including those for ground staff.
