1. Luminarie 2019 Taipei Light Feast
The Taipei City Government, in collaboration with PX Mart (Pxmart), brought the international Luminarie light art exhibition to Taipei, adding a unique highlight to the 2019 Lunar New Year. The event features a magnificent 300-meter-long, 20-meter-high light corridor constructed from over 200,000 LED lights, accompanied by classical symphonies performed by renowned composers, creating a breathtakingly beautiful exhibition akin to a grand hall of light.

2. Taipei Lantern Festival
This year’s Taipei Lantern Festival not only features the “Swinging Beimen” light and sound projection at Beimen, and the all-LED, three-story-tall main lantern “Pearly the Playful Pig,” but also highlights a giant 6-meter Mickey Mouse-themed lantern created in collaboration between the Taipei City Government and The Walt Disney Company. There will also be a parade of Disney character floats—don’t miss it if you’re a Disney fan!
