Originating in Taichung, Tiger Sugar—a “tiger stripe”-style pearl milk tea brand—delights netizens with its striking visual effect when brown sugar meets fresh milk. Using locally sourced Taiwanese brown sugar and a unique “sugar-stirring” technique, it simmers the syrup into chewy tapioca pearls, giving the boba a rich aroma and excellent texture. Paired with creamy fresh milk, it creates a feast for both the taste buds and the eyes that lingers in memory.
