From May to June each year, it's the blooming season of the golden rain tree, where cascading clusters of bright yellow blooms transform central and southern Taiwan into a stunning golden-yellow city. Although the golden rain tree is usually planted as a street tree, in the vicinity of Dashan Temple in Tainan’s Baihe District, there stands a massive century-old golden rain tree next to a bamboo-tube house. Against the backdrop of vast rice fields and blue skies with white clouds, it stands out brilliantly and offers an excellent photo opportunity of the spectacular sea of blossoms.

In addition to the century-old golden rain tree near the bamboo-tube house, the whole road is lined with golden rain trees that have reached full bloom. Travelers eager to admire the flowers and take photos should seize the opportunity. Moreover, the Hutoupi Golden Rain Tree Eco Festival has also begun, featuring over 400 blooming golden rain trees, creating a breathtaking view.
