Kaohsiung’s new attraction, Zhan’er Warehouse, has recently unveiled a new highlight: a pure white carousel located by the seaside. It is the only carousel in Taiwan built right next to the ocean. Not only does it exude luxury and a fairytale-like charm, but you can also enjoy the gentle sea breeze while gazing at the ocean view — the scene looks straight out of an idol drama.

Zhan’er Warehouse is a historic building located at Pier 2 of Kaohsiung Harbor, with a history of 104 years. Through collaboration between the city government, the harbor company, and a land development firm, the warehouse has been transformed into a cultural and creative hub, bringing together artisans from various fields and representative Taiwanese brands. It stands as the first example of transformation in Kaohsiung’s old port area.
