The “Heart of Zhongshan @ Jazz Square Summer Life Market” organized by Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation runs every weekend afternoon from now until the end of August at the B1 plaza of the transit administration building between Zhongshan Station and Shuanglian Station on the Taipei Metro.

At the market, you’ll find creative stalls run by artisans and vendors from various fields, offering exotic goods from India and Nepal, handmade fabric bags, snacks and groceries, desserts and coffee. In the afternoon, enjoy live music performances featuring well-known tunes or fresh vocals, making for a relaxing weekend.

Between Zhongshan Station and Shuanglian Station, the community, local businesses, and the municipal government have joined forces to create a local hub known as “Heart of Zhongshan.” The commercial district, connected by the metro linear park and Zhongshan Underground Street, features both trendy fashion and traditional shops.
