Mild Typhoon Rumbia (No. 18, international name: RUMBIA) has its center located at 29.80°N, 124.60°E, and is moving northwest at a speed of 16 kilometers per hour. Coastal areas in Zhejiang need to be cautious, as there is also a chance it could make landfall in Zhejiang in the future.
Mild Typhoon Bebinca (No. 16, international name: BEBINCA) has its center located at 20.30°N, 108.30°E, and is moving southwest at a speed of 8 kilometers per hour. It is currently 120 kilometers south of Hanoi, Vietnam. Those planning to visit Vietnam soon should monitor local weather conditions.
Taiwan will be significantly affected by the southwest monsoon and peripheral cloud bands of Typhoon No. 18 on Thursday and Friday, greatly increasing the chances of localized heavy rain. On the 17th, there is a probability of brief showers or thunderstorms with localized heavy rain in central and southern Taiwan and mountainous areas of the southeast. The northern, northeastern regions, as well as Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu, may experience brief localized showers or thunderstorms.
