1. Holy Cube (He Ri Fang Chang)

The signature dish at Holy Cube is the square burger—an absolute novelty. There are two types of square burgers on the menu: the “Classic Square Burger,” developed based on the concept of Taiwanese gua bao, filled with spicy pickled cabbage, peanut powder, lettuce, and a special barbecued pork sauce, offering a truly local flavor; and the “American Square Burger,” which features a special patty combining beef and chicken cartilage, paired with onions, pickles, cheese, bacon, and topped with ketchup and mustard for an authentic American taste!

There’s also an ice cream square burger available in four flavors: chocolate, matcha, sesame, and roasted tea. All savory items are made to order, with limited availability and daily sell-outs. The shop is also home to a cute resident cat who keeps everyone company!
