The first overseas Japanese-style themed restaurant of Rilakkuma, “Rilakkuma Cha-Ya Rilakkuma Tea House,” opened its first branch in Taipei’s Zhongshan District in 2017. Now, its second branch has opened in Tainan, with a soft opening from August 18 to August 31.
