The popular Japanese dessert "Kyushu Pancake" has launched a limited-edition "Just for You" purple sweet potato and taro pancake, available in limited quantities on September 3rd and on the menu until October 31st. The theme plays on the homophone "just for you," using ingredients like purple sweet potato and taro to create a dreamy two-tone purple dessert.

Made with locally grown taro and purple sweet potato from Taiwan, the Japanese-style pancake is filled with honey-glazed mashed taro, topped with purple sweet potato in the shape of a Mont Blanc, and garnished with handmade chewy taro and purple sweet potato balls. Enjoy the natural sweetness of the ingredients—only a limited number are made daily, with each Kyushu purple sweet potato and taro pancake priced at NT$300.
