The 2019 Lunar New Year features a 9-day consecutive holiday, and many people are planning to travel abroad during this Spring Festival break, which also coincides with an important Vietnamese festival. To celebrate the New Year, Vietjet Air has launched a “Super Sale” campaign, offering 2.6 million 0-yuan flights. From September 19 to 21, 2018, between 1 PM and 3 PM over three consecutive days, you can book on the Vietjet website or Facebook page.

To meet high passenger demand during the Spring Festival travel peak (January 22 to February 18, 2019), new routes will be added and existing flight frequencies increased. Promotional routes include domestic flights in Vietnam and Thailand, as well as international flights. The validity period for domestic flights in Vietnam and Thailand is from October 15, 2018, to March 30, 2019.

International flights include connections from Vietnam to Taiwan (Taipei/Taichung/Tainan/Kaohsiung), Japan (Tokyo/Osaka), South Korea (Seoul/Busan/Daegu), Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand (Bangkok/Phuket/Chiang Mai), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Myanmar (Yangon), and Cambodia (Siem Reap), all valid from October 15, 2018, to June 30, 2019.

Some international flights have different validity periods. Flights between Vietnam (Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City) and Osaka, Japan, and between Hanoi and Tokyo, Japan, are valid until March 30, 2019, from their launch dates. The Hanoi–Taichung, Taiwan route is valid from October 15, 2018, to March 30, 2019.
