EVA Air recruits 200 new ground staff members with a monthly salary of NT$35,000

From now until July 25, EVA Air will publicly recruit new ground staff, with an expected intake of around 200. The average starting salary for new hires is approximately NT$35,000.

EVA Air stated that this recruitment drive for ground staff includes nine major categories: passenger service, cargo service, customer service, sales, e-commerce, dispatch and aviation technology, finance, and IT personnel. EVA Air will assign candidates to various departments based on their expertise. Work locations include Taoyuan International Airport, the main office in southern Taoyuan, and downtown Taipei. Selected candidates are expected to report for duty in batches this October and November.

Due to the continuous expansion of the fleet and route network this year, EVA Air’s demand for manpower is also increasing. In addition to comprehensive salary and benefits, training programs, and promotion pathways, EVA Air also offers employees opportunities to transfer to different work areas and the possibility of overseas assignments. EVA Air noted that aside from the March recruitment for flight attendants, hiring will continue in the second half of the year, with an estimated total of 500 new flight attendants to be added for the full year.
