Crispy bread is stuffed with a whole premium Maine lobster, and even the notoriously sharp-tongued Hell’s Kitchen chef Gordon Ramsay says it’s delicious. This amazing lobster roll is now available in Kaohsiung. The pop-up runs from now until November 5th, with limited-time daily offers available during the event.

Cousins Maine Lobster invested 7 million Taiwanese dollars to build a mobile food truck that’s touring around Taiwan. Its latest stop is at Kaohsiung Hanshin Dome, and during the pop-up event, it’s offering a limited daily set of “Half Maine Lobster Roll (cold) + Half Connecticut Lobster Roll (hot) + Crispy Fries” for 550 NTD — only 30 sets per day. Also, during the event, anyone who purchases either the Maine Lobster Roll or Connecticut Lobster Roll and likes, shares, and comments on their official Facebook page will receive a free portion of crispy fries.

Most lobster rolls use Boston lobsters, but Cousins Maine Lobster uses premium U.S. Maine lobsters that are flown directly from their origin to Taiwan.
