Taiwan’s first and largest immersive gaming park “KOSMOSPOT,” jointly created by the Kaohsiung City Government and HTC, has opened at Taroko Chaoya Mall. The park features 42 of the latest and most popular AR/VR games as well as multiplayer battle arenas, plus an exclusive offer: “Free one-time VR experience with photo check-in!”

KOSMOSPOT is the first immersive gaming park in the city meticulously developed by public sector and industry-leading teams. In addition to the immersive gaming area, a “KOSMOSPOT HATCH Immersive Capsule” has been set up within the Kaohsiung MRT Corporation building as a creative office space for the development team.

Covering approximately 250 ping (about 826 m²), KOSMOSPOT can accommodate around 100 people and is equipped with the latest AR and MR experience devices. The games include simulated warfare, car racing, haunted houses, and more. There are also family-friendly 4D motion cabins combined with VR devices for virtual adventure games, along with various gentle and fun immersive games.
