As December arrives, Taipei Children's New Park is not only filled with Christmas cheer, but December 16 also marks its 4th anniversary since opening. To celebrate, the park has launched a series of events under the theme “More Love for You—Birthday 4 Fun,” which on December 15 and 16, allows December-born visitors to enter for free upon presenting proof of birthdate. The first 200 visitors to purchase a one-day ticket will also receive a limited-edition early-bird gift.

On the event days, Children's New Park will also specially prepare food trucks and a large gashapon machine shaped like a cement truck. Visitors with a one-day ticket can also enjoy a 50% discount when purchasing tickets at the park theater.

Additionally, a “scratch-and-win” activity has been launched. Customers who spend over NT$99 at shops marked with a “red Christmas tree,” and use facilities marked with a “green Christmas tree” before stamping their collection card, can participate in the scratch-and-win using their “receipt” and “collection card.” Prizes include park group vouchers, Maokong Gondola ride tickets, weekday skating tickets at Taipei Arena, and various other gifts.

This year, Children's New Park has set up a 5-meter-tall Christmas tree and built a star-shaped illuminated archway. Sparkling Christmas lights can be seen throughout the park, while the fruit Ferris wheel glows brilliantly in the sky, creating a dazzling spot for holiday photos.

In addition to the festive Christmas atmosphere in December, there will be exciting performances every Saturday and Sunday at the Tree Frog Performance Stage, including the “Christmas Happy Show” by If Kids Theater, as well as street performer acts such as acrobatics, balloon shows, diabolo performances, and magic shows. There will also be multiple concerts and Christmas-themed performances.
