When traveling in Seoul, besides shopping, cycling is also a great option. Starting from October 15 this year, the Seoul Bike platform introduced in this article offers an incredibly affordable bike rental service for both locals and tourists. A one-day pass costs just 1,000 KRW, approximately HK$8, while a seven-day pass is 7,000 KRW, around HK$21.
So how do you rent a bike? First, you need to register on the website by selecting 'Register as a Foreign Member'. You will then receive a rental PIN, which you must remember as you’ll need to enter it every time you rent a bike. Next, go to the website and select 'Purchase a Rental Pass', then link your T-MONEY card. After that, you can use your T-MONEY card to rent a bike.
Please note that the mobile version of the official website currently only allows the purchase of seven-day passes, while the desktop version has no such restriction. Bike rental website:www.bikeseoul.com
