After living amidst concrete jungles for too long, why not take a short break during the holidays to head outdoors, enjoy the flowers, and recharge both body and mind? Among the currently popular short-trip destinations, none rivals the Million Sunflowers Garden in Nansha. Besides boasting China’s largest sunflower garden spanning 66.7 hectares, it has recently introduced the "Hotel of Floral Love," a floral-themed accommodation. Strolling through the hotel grounds surrounded by blooming fields feels like stepping into a fragrant, colorful wonderland.

The newly opened "Hotel of Floral Love" is enveloped by the vast "Rainbow of the Four Seasons" flower field, creating a romantic atmosphere.

If you’d rather skip the hassle of traveling abroad to see flowers, the nearby Million Sunflowers Garden in Guangzhou’s Nansha District is a fantastic alternative.

The Million Sunflowers Garden is divided into two main areas: the amusement zone and the hotel zone. The amusement zone features ten themed attractions, including the "Golden Ocean of Sunflowers," "Lavender Eden," the "Rose Garden of Love," the "Rainbow of the Four Seasons" flower field, the "Dutch-style Island," Shangri-La, the Squirrel Valley, the "Flying Clouds" Japanese Flower and Bird Garden, the Anime Harbor, the Chocolate Republic, and the "Happy Paradise" amusement park. The hotel zone, housed in a six-story European-style building, offers rooms themed around various flowers—sunflowers, lavender, cherry blossoms, roses, and tulips. Each room is infused with scented candles matching its floral theme, creating an immersive experience that makes you feel like you’re in a flower field even with your eyes closed.

At the Million Sunflowers Garden, you can admire magnificent sunflower fields.

Star Cruises' SuperStar Virgo will adopt Guangzhou Nansha as its home port starting January 3 next year, launching a series of new Local Tours that include popular attractions like the Million Sunflowers Garden, the Nansha Tianhou Palace, and the Shiji Chong Fishing Port.
