Newly transformed 7-11 becomes a fairy tale castle — the magical 3D painted wall is super photogenic

Taiwan's convenience stores have one of the highest densities in the world, with 7-ELEVEN being the most numerous. Many of these outlets feature distinctive décor that has made them popular photo spots on social media. Recently, a 7-11 store in Luzhu District, Taoyuan, designed to look like a fairy tale castle, has received widespread praise shortly after opening.

The exterior of the 7-11 YINGZHU branch is designed with a simple castle image. It has two stories, and on the second-floor loft, a cute large-sized OPEN character stands guard. Positioned on the balcony, the OPEN character appears to wave and smile at every visitor, looking both adorable and warm.

Meanwhile, the castle-themed 7-11 is surrounded by spacious parking spaces, accommodating up to ten cars. When night falls, the signage lights up, and light tubes along the edges of the castle highlight the lovely building against the dark, offering a unique charm.

On the other side of the wall, there is also a large dot matrix design — a 3D painted mural vividly extends from the outer wall to the floor. A stone-built spired Bolt Castle stands firmly on a sparkling lake surface, while the floor painting depicts the view from the opposite shore, making it seem as if the real Bolt Castle has appeared right before your eyes.

The interior décor of the castle-themed 7-11 is also meticulously designed. The semi-circular arched glass windows add to the fairy tale ambiance inside, while the dining area’s ceiling is painted with black-and-white patterns, and the floor is tiled with playful black-and-white tiles.
