1. Sarutahiko Coffee t2
Exclusively introduced by Eslite Spectrum and drawing crowds since its Taiwan debut in September, Tokyo’s wildly popular Sarutahiko Coffee t2 has now opened its Taichung flagship store next to the 60-meter seaside Ferris wheel.

This new hybrid store format replicates the design of the Musashi-Kosugi, Kanagawa location in Japan. Staffed by Japanese baristas, it offers authentic hand-brewed coffee and Japanese-style pancakes. In collaboration with Eslite Spectrum’s cultural and creative platform expo, it also features a curated selection of over 60 Taiwanese and Japanese artisan design brands, giving visitors an authentic taste of Japanese coffee culture and creativity.

A must-try for French toast lovers: Ivorish French Toast Specialty Shop from Fukuoka, Kyushu. Now you don’t have to fly to Japan to enjoy this wildly popular French toast. Ivorish will open its first overseas branch at the upcoming Taichung Mitsui Outlet later this year.
