The first unmanned maglev train trial operation in Korea is now available for free rides!
Built at a cost of nearly 400 billion Korean won, the maglev train can reach speeds of up to 100 km/h. With six stations from Incheon Airport to the final stop, Yongyu Island—including Long-Term Parking Station, United Building Station, and Water Park Station—the entire journey takes just 12 minutes. Each carriage can accommodate up to 230 passengers, making it perfect for a quick trip before or after your flight.
The ticket price for the maglev train will be announced soon. Expected operating hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily; trains run every 15 minutes. The Korea Tourism Organization recommends walking 20 minutes from Yongyu Station to Janggeompo Beach, then taking a boat from Jangjin Island Port to nearby Muui Island and Silmi Island for a unique Korean scenery experience.
