YORONIKU, rated as Asia’s No.1 yakitori in 2018, saw its founder Vanne team up with Taiwan’s Michelin-starred yakitori dual chefs Terry Chen and Ice Chen to establish the first overseas flagship store of their brand-new joint venture “VanNé Yakitori Vanne,” a fusion of Taiwanese and Japanese styles.

YORONIKU, which crafts premium yakitori cuisine using top-grade wagyu beef, aims to fully showcase the popular and hard-to-get dining scene in Japan, presenting what is regarded as Asia’s most delicious yakitori.

The floral arrangements in the store are calm and understated, with a serene ambiance allowing diners to fully enjoy the ultimate yakitori experience.

In Japan, YORONIKU is regarded as a work of art in the world of yakitori. The menu of the new brand “VanNé Yakitori Vanne” follows exactly that of the original store—featuring a full set of wagyu beef dishes “遊肉, 一部始终0??侠硖撞汀”, thoughtfully arranged in sequence, combining appetizers and main courses, hoping to exceed diners’ expectations.

A highly Zen-inspired Japanese dining space.

In addition to the signature wagyu beef, the store also offers options such as chicken, pork, and seafood. In the future, they also hope to interpret Taiwan-style yakitori dishes with the same attitude and spirit as Japanese yakitori, continuing the legend of premium grilled meat.

A Japanese yakitori legend creates a new brand: VanNé.

Located in Taipei, the flagship store “VanNé Yakitori Vanne” adopts a Japanese-style design, using calm, understated black tones combined with floral arrangements and lighting to create a luxurious and elegant yakitori dining environment.
