The 2019 Taiwan Lantern Festival in Pingtung—Pingtung City Government created seven themed lantern areas inspired by local cultural elements at Millennium Park, transforming the entire park into a glittering wonderland like a fantasy world!
The seven major lantern zones include the purple-hued, magical "Tree of Life," the vibrant and eye-catching "Kaleidoscope Light Paradise," the family-friendly "Heart to Heart," the dazzling "Fountain of Vitality," the romantic "Sweet Path" for couples, and the dynamic "Youth Mambo" and "Sport Cha-Cha" with lively light and sound effects. Each themed lantern display is stunning, making you feel as if you're in a fantastical movie scene!
