Located in Lilin Village, Dahu Township, Miaoli County, Jiangmaya boasts picturesque rural scenery. Situated at an altitude of 500 to over 800 meters in the mountains, the area offers richly varied and stunning light and cloud formations, resembling a hidden paradise on earth that leaves many visitors feeling healed after their visit.
Jiangmaya has crops available for harvest all year round, such as citrus fruits from October to December, strawberries from December to April, peaches from late April to late May, red bayberries from early to late June, and high-quality pears from July to August.
Covering approximately 239 hectares, Jiangmaya is accessible via Provincial Highway 3, which leads to scenic spots like Tai’an, Zhuolan, Dongshi, and Dahu. Miaoli County Route 130 runs east-west, connecting the Dahu Jiangmaya and Sanyi Shuangtan leisure agricultural areas, making it ideal for a two-day, one-night trip.
In addition to sampling authentic Jiangmaya cuisine, visitors can enjoy local farming experiences and food-related activities such as bamboo shoots, bamboo tube rice, strawberries, and pear feasts — great opportunities to taste local flavors. Paired with the beautiful sunrise and sunset views, it’s perfect for relaxing outings with family, friends, couples, or for parent-child dates.
