Outdoor Swimming Safety Tips
The editors at Tanyoulv would like to remind all outdooradventureenthusiasts that outdoor swimming carries relatively high risks. Therefore, it is essential to strengthen safety awareness, focus on how to avoid various accidents, and emphasize how to self-rescue and assist others in case of an emergency.

Warm-up exercises: Perform stretching warm-up routines before entering the water;
While swimming, try to breathe in through your mouth and out through your nose, using your full lung capacity for both inhalation and exhalation. Maintain a rhythm, avoid talking too much to prevent choking on water;
Develop the habit of swimming with your eyes open and wear swim goggles to avoid getting hit or kicked;
Swim with a buddy so you can look out for each other;
When engaging in water activities—other than swimming—always wear a life jacket;
Do not joke around with actions that mimic calling for help;
After getting out of the water, dry your body immediately and maintain body warmth;
Before swimming, carefully survey the water area and use buoys to mark deep and shallow zones as well as safe areas.
