Not quite — Fei Ngo Shan stands at 603 meters, making it the highest peak on the Kowloon Peninsula, hence earning the nickname “The Roof of Kowloon.” However, the tallest mountain in all of Hong Kong is Tai Mo Shan. From the summit of Fei Ngo Shan, you can take in panoramic views of the Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong Island, Ho Sheung Heung, and Pak Sha Wan, which is why it has become a popular spot for photography and hiking enthusiasts.

The main ways to reach Fei Ngo Shan are by car or on foot, both of which are very convenient. Drivers can access the mountain via Fei Ngo Shan Road on the eastern side, but please note that this is a one-way road—when descending, you’ll need to take Cha Shan Road to Choi Wan Estate. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from Choi Hung Station on the MTR, traveling along San Tsin Liu Road and Fei Ngo Shan Road directly to the Fei Ngo Shan Lookout.
If you prefer to hike up, you can start from Tsz Wan Shan and ascend via Sha Tin Pass Road. Hikers can take Mini Bus No. 1 from Telford Garden or Mini Bus No. 1A from Choi Yee Garden, getting off at the Fei Ngo Shan Road junction, then follow the 328 hiking trail uphill.

The Suicide Cliff on Fei'e Mountain is a popular spot among photography and hiking enthusiasts. It is located on the southern ridge of the mountain's summit, and the most distinctive feature is the cliffside rock that juts out like a diving board, exuding a majestic presence. Hikers can reach the Suicide Cliff via the entrance at the stone steps of Trail 328, but the path to the cliff is rugged and the journey is long, requiring climbers to scramble over some large boulders. Hikers are reminded to assess their own abilities, preferably go with experienced companions, and bring sufficient drinking water.

在飞鹅山，你可以有机会拍到日落、云海、夜景、甚至火烧云的景色，如果想看到最美的景致，就要记得在出发前先留意天文台预测。由于飞鹅山海拔不高，出现云海的概率较低，建议如果有意一睹云海的摄影人士，可以在春季吹 2-3 级风时登山，云海出现的机会会较大。

由飞鹅山观景台向西望，可以远眺整个九龙半岛、港岛西区和维多利亚港景色，视野广阔开扬。另一边则能饱览西贡及白沙湾景观，天气好的话，更有机会看到万宜水库。要拍摄高楼大厦林立的街道，广角镜以外不妨可考虑使用远摄镜。远摄镜常用于建筑物摄影，一般多用于捕捉建筑物的细节。远摄镜的压缩感可以令大厦看上去更紧密，把被摄物件间的距离一并压缩，令画面看上去更具张力。另外，要拍摄复杂的城市景观，可选择配备超高分辨率的相机。这不单能够为影像提供更丰富的细节，更能方便后期裁剪和重新构图。
