Many brand pop-up stores are only open for a limited time, so often you can only watch them come and go. But when it comes to the hardest-to-reach shop in the world, this one really takes the cake.
In Eldorado Canyon, USA, there’s a tiny shop located right in the middle of a cliff — you have to climb to get there. So what does this little shop sell? Is it a café?
The Cliffside Shop, perched on a 300-foot cliff, is actually a marketing stunt by gear and apparel company 37.5 Technology. The shop offers free gear such as clothing and equipment to hikers. Over the course of the two-day event, around 70 hikers received gifts. Additionally, the event raised $15,000 USD for rebuilding local hiking trails.
Don’t let the small size fool you — it took six weeks to build this pop-up store, and it was an incredibly challenging project.
Here, you can enjoy breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset, and being a shop assistant here must be quite the experience too. Wonder if similar initiatives will pop up elsewhere?
