Cheers Introduces BELLOTA Iberian Pork with 5 Major Brands and Launches 16 New Dishes

In addition to the Australian Wagyu Street, diners can now enjoy Iberian pork—known as the “Rolls-Royce of pork”—at Cheers Group. Its five major brands—Cheers, Old Cheers, Habenbei, Jiyue, and Kurogomeya—have jointly launched over 16 new dishes, with prices ranging from NT$250 to NT$2,080.

Cheers Group has partnered with the Iberian pork brand from Guijuelo in western Spain to introduce the highest grade of Iberian pork—BELLOTA. This grade requires pigs to be fed solely on acorns and to be at least 14 months old with a weight of over 46 kg. With an annual production of about 350,000 pigs and slaughtering taking place only between December and April each year, the supply is limited. The parts used by Cheers this time include five major cuts: bone-in loin, loin, pork collar, pork neck, and ribs.

The “Iberian Pork at Cheers: Spanish Flavors Take Flight” campaign runs from August 1 to September 15. During the promotion period, simply purchase one Iberian pork dish at any Cheers-brand outlet to receive one raffle ticket. Prizes include Sogo Department Store gift vouchers, Spanish red wine, olive oil, Cheers product coupons, and the grand prize—a round-trip economy class ticket from Taipei to Spain on Emirates Airlines.
