1.Taichung Daxue Mountain
 
The Daxue Mountain Forest Recreation Area sits at an altitude between 1,800 and 2,900 meters, located in a prevalent cloud and mist belt. Afternoon thunderstorms are typical summer weather in Nantou, and sea of clouds often form shortly after heavy rain. In just a short time, a glass-like sea of clouds can appear. 3.Chiayi Alishan
 
Chiayi Alishan, located in a high-altitude area, is rich in moisture and boosted by monsoon winds, making it particularly prone to sea of clouds formations—an unmissable Taiwanese scenic wonder.
