Taiwanese people just love hot pot. 85°C, seeing the potential in the individual market, has officially launched its hot pot brand “This Small Hot Pot” from Taichung (Dali District) into the Taipei market. Its second branch will make its debut on November 24th at the newly opened CITY LINK Songshan No. 2 Store.

85°C has observed that consumer demand is gradually changing — there's a growing appetite for trying new things, affordable prices, and diverse options. As a result, its sub-brand “This Pot” has introduced a new personal hot pot brand called “This Small Hot Pot,” positioning itself with the brand concept of “new trends and fast food fashion.” The first outlet in Dali, Taichung, opened on October 31st, followed by the second store on November 24th at Taipei’s CITY LINK Songshan No. 2 Store. The third branch is expected to open again in Lihpao Outlet, Taichung.

The broths of This Small Hot Pot offer consumers a taste of aroma, sweetness, numbness, sourness, and umami. There are five exclusive signature soup bases: Classic Stone Pot (aromatic), Golden Sukiyaki (sweet), Imperial Spicy Hot Pot (numbing), Premium Pickled Vegetable Hot Pot (sour), and Old-Fashioned Broth (umami).
