On July 18, the Green Field Rescue Team received an alert from a HowToTrip user reporting that a 58-year-old male hiker had entered Yunmeng Mountain on Sunday (the 15th) in the morning, lost contact around 8:30 p.m. after a phone call, and that the police (110) and fire department (119) had already been notified. The hiker’s relatives and friends sought help from the Green Field Rescue Team to join the search. At 4 a.m. on the 18th, Captain Hai Mao, Plan A, Lan Yan, and Hai Bo of the Green Field Rescue Team, as the first team, drove to Yunmeng Mountain.
Led by Captain Hai Mao, the first team of two vehicles and five people arrived at Yanqi Lake, made a brief stop, and then immediately set off for the foot of Yunmeng Mountain.
