A must-try here is the signatureSnowman Shaved Ice. In addition to the two ice balls, the bowl includes four toppings: grass jelly, soybeans, red bean paste, and mochi. When eating, you can pour the shop’s homemade grilled grass jelly and condensed milk over the top. The visual impact of the ice meeting the liquid as it’s pouredis a treat to watch. Additionally, the shop offers grilled shaved ice made with meringue crusts. When the meringue and shaved ice melt in your mouth together, the texture is remarkably unique. Breaking into the dessert reveals a mix of mochi and red bean paste, giving you the feeling of enjoying ice cream in Japan.
