The second floor of the Third Terminal Café has an outdoor observation deck, which also provides a great view for closely watching planes take off and land. In addition to basic coffee and tea, they also serve afternoon tea snacks like pancakes. Standing on the observation deck of the Third Terminal Café, you face the southern runway of Taoyuan Airport, where the only daily Emirates A380 flight to Taipei lands. Netizen @yuhanhsu_ checked the flight schedule and went there to witness the world’s largest passenger aircraft. She also mentioned, “If you want to see the A380, this is the spot, but you won’t see other planes.” Due to air traffic control, other flights land on the other side of the runway.
