To accommodate the Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation's project to install additional escalators at selected exits of Gu Ting Station, some exits will be closed in batches starting August 25. The project will be carried out in three phases and is expected to be completed by March 2019. On the 25th, Exit 5 of Gu Ting Station will be closed for construction, and the public may use the nearby Exit 6 instead.

The escalator installation project at selected exits of Gu Ting Station will be carried out in three phases, with only one exit closed during each phase to minimize disruption to passengers. Phase one involves Exit 5, with completion expected on July 12, 2017; phase two is Exit 7, expected to be completed on May 8, 2018; and phase three is Exit 3, with an anticipated completion date of March 4, 2019.
