The 50th Floor Café buffet restaurant officially opens — all bookings before September are fully booked

Dubbed the country’s highest buffet restaurant, “50th Floor Café” officially opened today (25th), but seats for today were booked up well in advance. Yan Huiyuan, PR Director of Marketing for Mega 50 Dining and Banquets, stated that all bookings until September are currently full, and weekend bookings are booked up until early October. Those wishing to make a reservation should act soon.

The “50th Floor Café” restaurant covers an area of 400 ping and has a total of 200 seats. Located on the highest 50th floor and featuring 200 cm-high floor-to-ceiling windows, its breathtaking night view is set to make it a popular dating spot. Additionally, the restaurant has a dedicated family dining area equipped with a motorcycle rocking chair, miniature train track, crayon drawing board, and food-shaped plush toys... etc., providing space for toddlers under five to play after meals.

The dining area includes a sushi and sashimi station, chilled seafood station, hot stone plate station, sushi and hand roll station, salad bar, appetizer section, Asian hot food section, chef’s signature dishes, hot stone plate dishes (tentatively available from September 1), as well as liquid nitrogen ice cream — a first for five-star buffets. Each meal offers over a hundred dishes.

For pricing, weekday lunch is 780 NTD (opening special 680 NTD), weekday dinner is 880 NTD (opening special 780 NTD), weekend lunch is 880 NTD (opening special 780 NTD), and weekend dinner is 980 NTD (opening special 880 NTD) — all under a thousand NTD. The opening special prices are valid until October 31.
