The INGE’S Bar at Taipei Marriott Hotel Opens – Enjoy 270-Degree Views of Taipei Day and Night

The fifth dining venue at Taipei Marriott Hotel, “INGE’S,” located on the 20th floor, opened on August 26. Inspired by femininity, the concept runs through the entire design and ambiance of the restaurant. In addition to the indoor area, there is an outdoor space offering 270-degree views of Taipei’s day and night scenery — from planes taking off and landing at Songshan Airport to the towering Taipei 101 landmark reaching into the clouds. The nighttime view is equally stunning.

INGE’S specially engaged Angus, founder, head bartender, and creative director of Alchemy — ranked No. 1 in Taiwan and among Asia’s 50 Best Bars — as a consultant. He helped design the overall bar atmosphere. In addition to cocktails, INGE’S also serves beers that Taiwanese people love. Based on the taste preferences of locals, “Taihu Craft Brewery” specially selected two of its brews: Lab Batch #006 – Weisse, a German-style wheat beer with hints of cardamom, and Modern Times Black House – Stout, a coffee stout with added oats.
