Travel Center / Comprehensive Report
Container cabins have recently become one of Taiwan’s most popular photo spots. These colorful structures are not only playful but also incredibly photogenic. Kaohsiung now has a new container cabin attraction, built with a "circular economy" environmental philosophy—retired long containers have been transformed into a beautiful café by the romantic lakeside, where visitors can enjoy coffee while taking in the scenery of Lotus Pond.

This ⟦PAMMA Coffee x Pan Café x Sansi Tree⟦ container cabin landscape café is located by the pond, featuring large transparent windows that offer unobstructed views of the beautiful lake. The entire structure is designed with sustainability in mind, giving items a second life—for example, the café is built from decommissioned containers, and the indoor tables and chairs are made from recycled bowling alley wood. All building materials are repurposed containers, emphasizing eco-friendly and energy-efficient construction to promote the idea of zero waste.

The spacious, semi-open design with abundant glass allows afternoon sunlight to flood every corner of the café, further promoting harmony with nature. The interior features a hollow tree design area, striking a perfect balance between the cold container structure and the vibrant life of the tree. With 270-degree transparent glass windows offering endless views of the scenery, sipping coffee and daydreaming makes for a blissfully relaxing afternoon.
