Osprey strives to be a leader in the outdoor industry in terms of sustainability, environmental protection, and social issues—an ongoing process. We hope every step we take supports the simple definition of these principles, both internally and externally.
Osprey signed on for a three-month cycling event, with 15 riders covering a total recorded distance of 47,941 miles and preventing 41,872 pounds of carbon dioxide from entering the Earth's atmosphere. Combined with Osprey’s own sustainable transportation initiatives—rewarding team members for carpooling and using non-motorized transport—we have developed an effective and affordable toolkit to combat global warming.
Osprey’s Volunteer Incentive Program compensates local, state, and national volunteers based on an eight-hour work standard.
