1. KUBIC
Officially opened at the end of March this year, "KUBIC" had already attracted much attention even before its launch with its colorful containers. To support youth cultural creativity, the Kaohsiung City Government combined concepts such as Kaohsiung, Urban, Boxes, Innovation, and Creative, setting up a hub in a city-center vacant lot to nurture startup micro-industries. Since its opening, it has become a must-visit check-in spot for social media influencers.

The vibrant container village, made up of 33 stacked containers, hosts a variety of food and cultural creative brands, providing young people with a space to unleash their creativity. While taking great photos, why not also support local cultural creators through your actions?

Created through Pingtung County Government initiatives such as the Urban Window Highlight Project and the Youth Camp Power-Up Plan, it serves as an experimental base where young people can freely connect, gather, and channel their enthusiasm.

The youth innovation village, built from 53 containers and also known as the “P Village,” includes 24-hour open studios, numerous mixed-use dining spaces, and a barbershop. It also hosts irregular markets and features a barbecue grill made from a vintage gramophone—truly creative.

3. Rixinshu New Village Creative Base in Xinzhuang
Located in Xinzhuang, New Taipei City, this is a new attraction opened in January this year. Rixinshu was conceived from a developer’s creative idea, combining elements such as coffee, dining, public welfare, art, music, and cultural creativity, plus a design that reuses containers, adding a unique touch to the park. The “colorful container houses” are especially eye-catching and have successfully sparked a wave of discussion.

In addition, by engaging with the local community, the space conveys a sense of vibrant energy, and irregular events and exhibitions are held here, making it a great place for family outings.

Though it doesn’t cover a large area, it is packed with rich facilities, including several white-painted pull-up bar structures with versatile uses—swings, hammocks—and one pull-up bar even has nine small buckets hanging from it where people can repeatedly play a ball toss basketball mini-game.
