Cathay Pacific today announced a collaboration with 32nd Mansion to introduce a series of new in-flight delicacies for passengers. 32nd Mansion is a brand under the award-winning Maximal Concepts hospitality group. Starting in September, a variety of new dishes will be available on selected long-haul flights departing from Hong Kong, including routes to Australia, Europe, and North America, for passengers in all cabin classes.
Named after Mott 32, a vibrant street in New York that embodies rich Chinese heritage and has become a focal point of Chinatown, 32nd Mansion features a strong modern Hong Kong-style culture and emphasizes the use of local ingredients. The latest Cathay Pacific menu includes dishes such as braised American Angus beef short ribs with soy glaze, slow-cooked Dongpo-style black pork with turnip cake, and salted lemon chicken. The braised American Angus beef short ribs are marinated overnight, offering rich layers of flavor. The slow-cooked Dongpo-style black pork with turnip cake showcases an authentic Hong Kong taste with a modern twist.
