It offers a diverse selection of Chinese and Western brunch dishes with well-layered flavors at affordable prices—making it a great choice for a casual, satisfying meal. Huli really enjoys the Chinese-style platter and Japanese stir-fried noodles here, which feature rich combinations and unique tastes. There are also American-style burgers and Japanese-style fried chicken (available after 11 a.m.). It’s also very good. The shop provides dine-in seating where you can enjoy your brunch in air-conditioned comfort without breaking into a sweat. Takeout service is also available. Tianyang Brunch occasionally offers special combo deals—foodies, stay tuned XD ▲Chinese-style Platter NT$75. This platter is an absolute favorite of Huli’s. It includes scallion pancakes, scrambled eggs, radish cakes, and Japanese-style grilled meat—a rich assortment of traditional Chinese items that satisfies all taste buds in one go. A convenient combo beloved by lazy foodies. It also comes with a 500ml drink, which is quite generous. ▲The radish cake is made with pure rice and radish, delivering that classic old-school flavor. The surface is pan-fried to just the right crispiness, resulting in a very hearty and satisfying texture. Dip it in the accompanying sauce for an even tastier bite. ▲The Japanese grilled meat is marinated in-house, with its sweetness derived from handmade caramelized sugar. Each bite has a juicy feel, and the sweet-salty aroma makes you want a second serving. ▲The scallion pancakes that Huli and her friend fought over are crispy yet soft, offering a layered chewiness without being greasy. The egg pancake version probably tastes great too. ▲The scrambled eggs are silky, fragrant, and buttery—best enjoyed with ketchup. ▲Fried Pork Cutlet Egg Burger NT$60. This unassuming burger is more delicious than expected. The shop specially uses Chinese-style fried pork cutlets for the burger, coated in a crispy crust that crunches satisfyingly. The meat is tender and soft, and the combination with lettuce and egg creates a richer texture. ▲The burger is elevated by a special salad dressing that adds a sweet-sour note. The bread is soft and fluffy—not dry or hollow—and the ingredients are quite substantial. ▲Japanese Stir-Fried Noodles & Iron Plate Beef NT$60 + Pickled Vegetables NT$15. These noodles secretly won over Huli’s heart. The uniquely prepared sauce gives the stir-fried noodles a rich, aromatic flavor that’s pleasantly tangy and sweet, stimulating the appetite. The beef has a sweet-salty taste that’s equally addictive. ▲The added pickled vegetables are spicy and flavorful—the more you eat, the more you crave. ▲The noodles are Q-textured and slightly chewy, with an overall flavor that’s neither too salty nor greasy—perfect for a brunch meal. Rice dishes available starting 11:00 ▲Japanese-style Fried Chicken N< NT$80, Tianyang’s brunch thoughtfully offers rice dishes, available after 11 AM. The Japanese fried chicken comes with plenty of pieces, served with egg, onion, vegetables, and white rice drizzled with a special sauce — the portion is just enough to make you feel full. ▲The Japanese-style fried chicken uses fresh, never-frozen chicken. The coating is thin, crispy, and fragrant, while the meat is tender with a subtle saltiness. The juicy texture is quite satisfying. ▲Every bite of the rice is packed with rich, savory sauce—a generous portion that’s perfect for sauce lovers like me. ▲Pan-Seared Chicken Leg Curry Rice NT$75. A curry-flavored rice dish is also a good option. Though it’s a common dish, this one is made with two types of curry for a more layered flavor. Paired with the shop’s own pan-seared chicken leg, which has a slightly crispy skin and tender, buttery meat, it’s just as satisfying. ▲The curry sauce is rich but not overly thick, with a slight sweetness. The potatoes and carrots are quite large and noticeable (lol). ▲Black Tea Milk (Large, 700ml) NT$40. Made with Holstein fresh milk, this black tea milk has a strong milky flavor with a hint of tea. Sweetness can be adjusted. Since it uses handmade caramel syrup, it’s not overly cloying. Huli chose half-sugar, which was just right. ▲Winter Melon Tea (Large, 700ml) NT$20. The shop uses a high proportion of winter melon in the syrup, resulting in a richer taste. Sweetness is fixed and not adjustable, but it’s sweet, refreshing, and not overly cloying. Winter melon tea lovers should definitely try it. ▲Menu MENU. ▲Rice Dish Menu (available starting 11:00) ▲The dining environment is quite cozy, with air conditioning to keep you cool. ▲Order at the counter outside. ▲Exterior of the restaurant. I love brunch dates. And at Tianyang Brunch, you can enjoy both Chinese and Western dishes in one go. Life is about experiences, and living is about trying new things. “Taste” is a highly subjective thing—it’s only when expectations are met and emotions stirred that true love for a flavor is born.
