In conjunction with the Korea Grand Sale (October 1–30), Asiana Airlines will offer one additional free checked baggage allowance of 23kg for economy class tickets from Taiwan (Taipei–Seoul–Taipei) departing between October 1 and November 6. This raises the total checked baggage allowance per person to 46kg, plus the existing 10kg carry-on allowance, bringing the total free baggage allowance to 56kg per person.

The Korea Shopping & Tourism Festival is an annual shopping extravaganza primarily targeting international visitors, featuring discounts and promotions across various sectors including shopping, transportation, accommodation, cosmetics, dining, and sightseeing. Examples include Lotte Mart giving away a cleaning kit with every $1 spent, I’park brands offering up to 50% off, innisfree providing 20% discounts for card payments, and K-live tickets at half price—perfect for travelers looking to shop till they drop.

Asiana Airlines stated that this offer is available to both adults and children (excluding infant tickets). After ticket issuance, passengers must call Asiana Airlines Taipei Branch (02-2581-4000) on a weekday, enter the authorization code, and request the additional baggage allowance. Applications must be made at least one day before departure.
