Recently, the second stop of the 2013 Shenzhen Himalaya Professional Store Staff Training Program was successfully concluded in Hangzhou. This staff knowledge training primarily covered professional outdoor stores in East China, focusing on the characteristics of the outdoor industry in this region, the product needs of outdoor activity participants, and the brands distributed by Shenzhen Himalaya as the core of the training. The "Professional Store Staff Training Program" is a long-term initiative launched by Shenzhen Himalaya aimed at enhancing the outdoor expertise of professional outdoor store employees. In response to the common desire among outdoor stores to improve store professionalism and elevate the expertise of their staff—but hindered by a lack of systematic training and exchange platforms—Shenzhen Himalaya, which specializes in distributing professional outdoor products, promptly introduced this program to meet that need.
