This particular shop, Samjin Fish Cake, which has been in business for sixty years and passed down through three generations, is now a legendary fish cake establishment in Busan. Samjin Fish Cake currently has fifteen branches across South Korea, and there’s even a fish cake museum at Daejeongdae. The Busan branch, located at Busan Station, sees crowds of people lining up to buy fish cakes early in the morning. With dozens of flavors to choose from, it can be hard to decide. In addition to traditional varieties, the shop also offers modern takes such as fish cakes with cheese or hot dogs. Among them,the “Fish Cake Cheese Puffs,” which burst with melted cheese when you bite into them, are the most popular.。
